  • Booking availability is NOT live – Booking times need to be confirmed by telephone and email with operator.
  • Do not charge customer card until flight can be confirmed with operator
  • When enquiry is received, contact operator by telephone to confirm availability, use their tour number (AR1, AR2, AR3 etc) to ensure correct flight is being booked.
  • Email full details of customers to operator and make sure they email you confirmation.  If they do not email confirmation, chase them up by phone.
  • This operator is notoriously difficult to contact and often doesn’t put bookings in or books incorrect flights and times so double check confirmation email!!
  • Once operator confirmation is received, charge customer credit card through REZDY.
  • Booking time is the time the passengers will be picked up from their accommodation within Ayers Rock Resort.
