Terms & Conditions
- All bookings must be paid for at time of booking to be confirmed.
- Bookings that are cancelled by the operator for reasons including but not limited to weather are eligible for a full refund or reschedule at the customer’s discretion.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be issued within 28 days from date of cancellation
- Cancellation policies are specific to each tour option, and can be viewed on the details page of the tour you are booking.
- All customer requested refunds will incur a 3% refund processing fee.
